Registration closed Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 11:59 PM, but late registrations were accepted until Wednesday, January 17, 2024 at 11:59 PM
To register, all Parents/Guardians and Teachers/Group Leaders must make a Profile with the Cowichan Music Festival's MusicFestivalSuite Portal before a Participant makes their own Profile.
A Parent/Guardian can create a Profile for their minor children easily from within their own Profile.
A Teacher/Group Leader can create a Profile for their ensemble(s) easily from within their own Profile.
If you already have a MusicFestivalSuite Profile with another festival, you can Export your Profile from that festival to the Cowichan Music Festival easily from within your Profile with that festival.
The Cowichan Music Festival has currently scheduled the live festival to take place from 11:59 PM, February 13, 2024 to 11:59 PM, February 28, 2024.
For Support or Extra Help, from within your Profile with the Cowichan Music Festival, go to the Support option and open a Support Ticket for the fastest response.
