The Sherwood Park Music Festival uses the Alberta Music Festival Association Provincial Syllabus along with local addenda. The full syllabus, both provincial and local, are available here.

Payments are processed through MusicFestivalSuite using PayPal, and are subject to a transaction fee equalling 5.00% of the total invoice
To register, all Parents/Guardians and Teachers/Group Leaders must make a Profile with the Sherwood Park Music Festival's MusicFestivalSuite Portal before a Participant makes their own Profile.
A Parent/Guardian can create a Profile for their minor children easily from within their own Profile.
A Teacher/Group Leader can create a Profile for their ensemble(s) easily from within their own Profile.
If you already have a MusicFestivalSuite Profile with another festival, you can Export your Profile from that festival to the Sherwood Park Music Festival easily from within your Profile with that festival.
The Sherwood Park Music Festival has currently scheduled the live festival to take place from 11:59 PM, April 22, 2024 to 11:59 PM, April 26, 2024.
